Purpose of the Role
The Influencer Manageris responsible fordeveloping and executing influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness engagement and reputation across Pernod Ricards portfolio. The role focuses onidentifying building and managing relationships with key influencers and content creators ensuring authentic brand advocacy while delivering measurable commercial and marketing outcomes.
Whatyoulldo
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand category and businessobjectives.
- Identify engage and nurture relationships with relevant influencers creators talent agencies and industry partners.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefing contracting content approvals activation and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with Brand DigitalSocial Media PR and Commercial teams to ensure influencer activity is integrated across wider marketing plans.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines industry regulations and responsible drinking standards.
- Track analyse and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Maintain awareness of emerging influencer trends platforms and best practices toidentifynew opportunities for audience engagement.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure influencer investments deliver strong return on investment.
- Build andmaintaina network of influencers that support both short-term campaignobjectivesand long-term brand advocacy.
Whatyoullbring
- Proven experience in influencer marketing creator partnerships or social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencer partnership management capabilities.
- Experience analysing campaign metrics and translating data into meaningful recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of digital and social media marketing trends.
Desirable
- Experience within the FMCG beverage luxury or alcohol industry.
- Knowledge of influencer compliance requirements advertising regulations and responsible marketing principles.
- Experience working with influencer managementplatforms and social analytics tools.
