TheIndustrial Voices programme recruits trains andmentorsindustrial workers to producetheir own impactful content that championssolidarity-based narratives and demands-as a counterweight todigitalnarrativesdriving division and hate.
The TUC is looking for a dynamicand highlyorganised individual tohelp us rapidly scale up the programme including

managingday-to-dayproject management andcoordination of the programme

helpingexpand anddeliverourtraining package

Building a vibrant community of industrial workerprogramme participants.
Youllbe working with other colleagues on the Industrial Voices Programme including the project lead in the Socials Team and the Save British Industry Organiser in the Organising TUCsIndustry Climate & Energyteam andcollaborate withtheNew EconomyOrganisersNetwork (NEON)which partners with the TUC on thisproject.
