As an Inclusive Employment Consultant youll be key in ensuring our customers who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism are supported into employment volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customers choice and their specific employment targets.

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Consultant you need:
A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships and working in a team
The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
The ability to plan prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
A proactive flexible and adaptable approach to work
Regular travel required to meet with customers and employers.
