At Bethphage were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive In-house Recruitment Coordinator to help attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our organisation by identifying talent building relationships and supporting hiring managers a to recruit the very best people.

Key responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator you will;

• Demonstrate and champion Bethphages values as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Promote Bethphage as an employer of choice at external events (Careers events schools colleges DWP)
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talented Support Workers and other key roles across the organisation
• Create captivating job adverts for job boards social media and other recruitment channels
• Build strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and agencies ensuring an excellent experience
• Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to maintain a positive recruitment process
• Produce information for the board maintain accurate tracking and recruitment statistics
• Ensure all processes are cost effective
• Provide administrative support to HR team and wider organisation

What we are looking for

• Experience in recruitment and/or HR talent acquisition care sector
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Ability to motivate others & build positive working relationships
• Confident in using ATS and other systems
• Commitment to a Positive Behaviour Organisation and its culture
