Are you experienced with ISO 9001 Quality Systems Internal Auditing or Integrated Management Systems within manufacturing

We are recruiting for an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality Environmental and Health & Safety standards.

Importantly this is not simply a document-control position.

You will work directly with manufacturing and operational teams helping investigate problems identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

The Role
  • Support the development of an Integrated Management System
  • Help integrate ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
  • Maintain controlled quality documentation
  • Manage procedures work instructions policies and records
  • Carry out internal audits
  • Document audit findings
  • Support root-cause investigations
  • Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Manage non-conformances
  • Monitor CAPA completion and effectiveness
  • Analyse quality-performance data
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with risk assessments and inspections
  • Support employee quality and compliance training
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve systems and processes

What Were Looking For
  • Experience within manufacturing or production
  • Experience supporting a Quality Management System
  • ISO 9001 knowledge
  • Experience with some combination of:
    • Internal auditing
    • CAPA
    • Non-conformance management
    • Document control
    • Continuous improvement
    • Quality systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident working across different departments
  • Good Microsoft Office and data-reporting capability


An Internal Auditor qualification and exposure to ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 would be advantageous.
