As an Immigration Director/Partner you will play a key role in driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of the Immigration practice.

• Lead and develop a profitable Immigration practice leveraging your existing client relationships
• Drive business development initiatives and expand the firms market presence
• Build and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships
• Provide technical leadership on a broad range of corporate and private immigration matters
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team culture
• Contribute to firm-wide strategy thought leadership and brand positioning

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Immigration lawyer with a proven track record at senior level.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• 10 years PQE with substantial UK practice experience in Immigration law
• Demonstrable experience operating at Legal Director or Partner level
• Strong portable client following with consistent billing history
• Proven ability to win work grow revenue and build a sustainable practice
• In-depth technical expertise across:
  • Corporate immigration (Skilled Worker Sponsor Licences Global Mobility)
  • High net worth and private client immigration matters
  • Compliance and advisory work
• Exceptional business development and networking skills
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams
