Working hours: This role is available on a part-time job-share or full-time basis.
Location: Swindon Office (Hybrid Working) with office presence flexible dependent on location.

The opportunity:

This exciting opportunity is to be a Telephone Protection Consultant (BDM) within Zurichs ambitious Distribution team. You will initiate develop and maintain productive relationships from your own panel of intermediary (adviser) firms. Youll do this primarily through structured sales calls and virtual meetings. As this role is a targeted role you will enter the current and competitive sales and distribution remuneration scheme.
Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways including part-time flexible hours job share an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing
- Be part of a supportive fun and challenging team with ambitious growth targets
- Create develop and manage relationships remotely with intermediaries to promote Zurichs protection products and services ultimately growing our market share
- Demonstrate an understanding of how an intermediary business works: their current position future aspirations and how Zurich can partner with them
- Develop your understanding of our industry and adviser marketplace
- Maintain product knowledge and apply this during your conversations
- Contribute to the overall performance of a large growing organisation.
What are we looking for
- An energetic impactful candidate with the desire to succeed in a supportive but challenging environment
- Experience in the industry or similar role is a bonus but its not mandatory to be successful.
- The ability to communicate effectively meeting the individual needs of each adviser and ultimately our customers
- Confidence to network and successfully build relationships via remote contact
- Ability to cope with varying workloads and priorities
- Have effective organisational and planning skills
- Someone who is self-motivated and goal orientated
