Key Responsibilities
- Scoop prepare and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
- Provide a warm welcoming experienceassistingguests with flavourchoicesandprovidinghelpful answers about menu items.
-Maintaincleanliness and organisation across the counter service areas and seating spaces upholding high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements
-Previousexperience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus but not essential.
- Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial.
- Strong guest service skills and a positive friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
