Hygiene Supervisor Crossmaglen per year 4-Day Working Week
We are hiring for a growing Food Manufacturing company in Crossmaglen seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role where youll lead motivate and support a team while ensuring the highest hygiene standards across the site.
Top 3 Things to Know:
- per year with a 4-day working week
- Fixed shifts Friday & Saturday 7am5pm; choose your other 2 days
- Lead a team of 7 in Hygiene & Laundry while also getting hands-on
The Role:
- Supervise and coordinate the Hygiene & Laundry team ensuring daily tasks are completed to standard
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleaning standards across the facility
- Assist the team with cleaning duties and hygiene procedures when needed
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and food hygiene regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the hygiene function
The Person:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within hygiene food production or manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on approach willing to support the team in daily cleaning tasks
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Flexible proactive and organised
