Role Overview

The Talent Development Associate will play a central role in designing managing and delivering high-impact development programming that helps our people build the skills capabilities and experiences needed to grow and perform across the firm. This role will partner closely with the Talent function HCM leadership divisional stakeholders external vendors and program participants to translate firm and talent priorities into practical differentiated learning experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of people development strategy content design stakeholder engagement communications measurement and program execution. It requires strong project management clear communication sound judgment and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed delivery. The Associate will help shape development experiences that support employees at key moments in their careers including leadership development skill-building programs coaching peer learning speaker-led sessions and related firmwide talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy Design & Development

  • Support the design and evolution of firmwide development experiences that help employees build critical skills strengthen leadership capabilities and grow across the firm
  • Translate firm priorities leadership expectations participant feedback and stakeholder input into clear program objectives learning journeys session designs and practical deliverables
  • Develop program strategy materials agenda concepts speaker briefs session objectives pre-read materials manager toolkits participant communications and discussion guides
  • Partner with Talent colleagues business leaders program alumni and external partners to shape content that is relevant commercial and practical for the employee populations served
  • Continuously refine programming based on survey insights participant feedback manager input business priorities and lessons learned from prior cohorts


Program Execution & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end execution of development programs including nominations or participant selection launch pre-program engagement in-person or virtual sessions peer forums coaching post-program follow-up and closeout
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans timelines trackers rosters workback schedules and decision logs across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinate complex logistics across regions including participant experience travel-related planning briefing sessions speaker holds vendor timelines venue needs materials production and day-of delivery
  • Prepare and facilitate program briefings participant sessions manager calls alumni panels and stakeholder updates as needed
  • Anticipate risks dependencies and decision points; escalate thoughtfully and keep stakeholders aligned on progress open items and next steps


Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

  • Serve as a trusted coordination point across key stakeholder groups
  • Draft polished audience-specific communications for participants managers leaders speakers internal reviewers and cross-functional partners
  • Prepare stakeholder materials including strategy decks briefing notes talking points decision memos meeting agendas program updates and concise leadership-ready summaries
  • Support leader and external speaker engagement including outreach materials calendar hold language session framing moderator planning and briefing preparation
  • Navigate sensitive stakeholder dynamics with discretion clarity and sound judgment ensuring communications are appropriately reviewed and aligned before launch


Measurement Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Design participant manager and stakeholder surveys to assess program needs experience learning outcomes and behavioral impact
  • Analyze survey results qualitative feedback participation data and program outcomes to identify themes insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate feedback and impact data into concise narratives recommendations slide content and program uplifts for future cohorts
  • Partner with colleagues to maintain organized program records data sources impact trackers and materials repositories
  • Use insights from prior cohorts to strengthen program design participant experience manager engagement and stakeholder reporting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Approximately 5-6 of experience in talent development leadership development learning human capital strategy program management or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage detailed workplans competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to draft polished materials for a range of audiences
  • Comfort operating with leaders managers participants and cross-functional partners including sensitive or high-visibility interactions that require professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs feedback and data into clear insights recommendations and practical actions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work across strategy content logistics and communications
