HRA Compliance Manager

Oxford City Council is seeking an experienced and driven HRA Compliance Manager to lead the operational delivery of statutory compliance across its Housing Revenue Account (HRA) portfolio of approximately 8000 homes.

Reporting to the HRA Fire Safety & Compliance Manager this roleis responsible forensuring that all landlord compliance obligations (excluding fire safety) are effectively deliveredmanagedandevidenced. This includes gas safety electrical safety water hygiene asbestos managementliftsand lifting equipment (LOLER).

The postholder will lead a team of specialist compliance officers and managers ensuring that inspections servicing remedialworksand certification are delivered in line with statutory requirements and within required timescales. The role will alsobe responsible fordriving performance strengthening contractor management and improving datasystemsand reporting across all compliance areas.

This is a key operational role that will ensure the Councilmaintainssafe compliant homes for residents while supporting the wider compliance assurance framework and regulatory obligations.
