HR Project Lead

Were on a mission to make HR simpler smarter and easier for our people. To help us get there were looking for an experienced HR Projects Lead to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is far more than a traditional HR role. Were looking for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo solving operational problems and turning complex processes into seamless experiences.

Youll support reshaping how HR aid the business bringing clarity control and consistency to the way we work. Whether its improving processes enhancing documentation strengthening governance or introducing smarter ways of working youll play a key role in building an HR service that delivers for both employees and managers.

What youll be doing

Youll drive the transformation of HR operations across Valeo Foods UK identifying opportunities to improve efficiency service quality and employee experience. Youll simplify processes embed best practice strengthen governance and help deliver sustainable improvements that support the future growth of the organisation.

Qualifications :

Were less interested in job titles and more interested in what youve delivered.

Youll bring:

• Experience within HR Shared Services HR Operations or a similar HR environment.
• A track record of leading process improvement transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong experience creating process documentation SOPs and service frameworks.
• A passion for improving customer experience and making things simpler.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions.
• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Excel PowerPoint Teams and Outlook.
