Our client is seeking an articulate detail-oriented HR Manager to lead their central personnel department from September. Taking direct ownership of the schools human resources framework you will ensure total compliance with national safeguarding regulations while fostering a positive professional working environment across academic and support faculties.

The successful candidate will maintain an immaculate Single Central Record (SCR) in strict accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment drivesfrom job drafting to onboardingconduct pre-employment DBS checks manage occupational health referrals and advise senior leadership on sickness absence tracking maternity/paternity processes and employee relations.
