We are hiring for our client a high-growth financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR Manager to act as the People Champion for a growing business supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
The successful HR Manager will play a key role in organisational growth employee engagement change management talent development and employee relations while helping to shape and embed a positive people culture.

The Role
Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy and support business growth initiatives
Support acquisitions and business integration projects including organisational design job architecture and harmonisation of terms and conditions
Lead employee engagement initiatives action planning and wellbeing programmes
Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations absence management and performance issues
Lead complex disciplinary grievance capability and appeal processes
Support the development of a high-performance culture through performance management and development frameworks
Oversee recruitment onboarding and workforce planning activities across the hub
Drive learning and development initiatives including structured development programmes and apprenticeships
Present HR updates and people insights to senior leadership teams and board meetings
Partner with the Group HR Director to deliver key group-wide HR initiatives
The Person
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
Significant HR Generalist experience ideally gained within a standalone HR Manager or Business Partner role
Experience within financial services professional services or regulated environments would be advantageous
Strong employment law knowledge
Experience supporting organisational growth change and business transformation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Commercially minded with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
