A highly regarded school in Lambeth is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join its professional support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised HR professional to take responsibility for a broad range of HR functions while supporting staff and contributing to the smooth running of the school.

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day HR function providing professional advice and support to staff and senior leaders. You will help ensure effective recruitment employee relations attendance management and HR administration while maintaining accurate records and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

• Providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures.

• Supporting employee relations absence and performance matters.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records.

• Monitoring compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.

• Supporting staff development and contributing to a positive working environment.

• Previous experience working in an HR Manager or senior HR position.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

• A proactive approach and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
