Summary
- This is a 3-month contract role with a local authority focusing on HR partnering to embed professional standards expected behaviors and a positive workforce culture within Housing Services. The HR Delivery Partner is crucial in aligning people practices with organizational values and regulatory requirements particularly the Social Housing Competence and Conduct Standard.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for Housing Services on matters of professional standards workforce behavior and people practices.
- Provide practical solution-focused HR advice aligned with policy and regulatory expectations.
- Support managers in applying HR policies related to conduct capability performance and supervision.
- Assist in implementing and embedding the Social Housing Competence and Conduct Standard.
- Promote consistent application of professional standards and expected behaviors across Housing teams.
- Ensure behavior and conduct issues are managed fairly consistently and in line with HR policies.
Requirements
- Essential Experience Required:
- Proven HR experience supporting managers with employee relations behavior and people management issues.
- Experience embedding HR policies codes of conduct or professional standards into operational practice.
- Proven HR experience supporting managers with employee relations behavior and people management issues.
- Essential Qualifications Required:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development (CPD).
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Location: 25 Windsor Road Slough Berkshire SL1 2EJ United Kingdom.
- Work pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in Observatory House.
- Bi-weekly schedule.
