HR Consultant Belfast (Hybrid)

We are recruiting for our client a well-established and expanding professional services business in Belfast City Centre who are seeking a HR Consultant to join their team.

This is a permanent role offering a mix of hybrid working and client site delivery.

The successful candidate will provide pragmatic commercially focused HR advice and solutions supporting organisational growth performance and people strategy across a diverse client base.

Candidates must hold a full clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for travel to client sites as required.

The Role

• Provide commercial practical HR advice on employee relations employment law and HR best practice
• Support clients to develop review and scale HR frameworks policies and people practices
• Lead complex HR projects (for experienced consultants) or support delivery while developing consultancy skills (for developing consultants)
• Coach and advise management teams on recruitment onboarding performance management and employee development
• Support clients in building inclusive engaging and values-led workplace cultures
• Act as a trusted HR advisor and first point of contact for queries
• Implement practical HR tools and solutions that improve efficiency and add value
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client engagement activities

The Person

• Experienced Consultant: 2-4 years HR experience
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards or equivalent HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation employee relations and HR best practice
• Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Client-focused proactive and able to work independently
• Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
