Were looking for an experienced HR Business Partnerto join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our Milton Keynes bakery alongside partnering with Finance IT and Sales functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. Youll work closely with leaders to drive people initiatives support organisational change build management capability and help shape a positive high-performing culture.
