Our client is a fast growing global business based in Buntingford and they need an HR Business Partner who really knows their way around employee relations. This isnt a role for someone who wants to dip a toe into ER now and then. Youll be in it every day handling disciplinaries grievances capability and performance cases and giving managers advice they can actually trust and act on.
This is a proper generalist HRBP role with international reach. The business operates across multiple countries so youll be supporting compliance with employment law in different jurisdictions as well as the UK side. You wont be sat behind a desk pushing paperwork either youll be building relationships with stakeholders coaching managers and getting stuck into HR projects around organisational change systems and process improvement.

Required Skills:

Solid experience as an HR Business Partner Senior ER Specialist or HR Manager in a fast paced environment ideally 5 years plus specifically in employee relations Strong knowledge of employment law and how to apply it not just recite it Confidence to challenge and influence at senior level CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Good judgement discretion and the ability to stay calm when a case gets messy This is a fully office based role in Buntingford 5 days a week so youll need to be happy with the commute or already local.
