Role overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join us on a full-time basis at our service in Whiteley. This role will be 37.5 hours over 5 days.
It is a varied role and you will support the efficient running of the HR service undertaking a wide range of duties.
You will manage the full recruitment process conducting screening calls and managing candidates and communications at all stages of the recruitment process.
Youll be dealing with routine HR queries maintaining employee records coordinating employee induction and mandatory training as well as providing administrative support across HR processes including performance absence disciplinary and grievance issues.
Youll ensure a high degree of accuracy in the HR Information System and ensure clinical registrations are monitored and updated in a timely manner.
Our clinics are busy so you will need to be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Every day with us is different; you will need great organisational skills as you will be juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Were looking for someone who is a good team player with an adaptable flexible approach and a willingness to learn.
What skills and experience do I need
Youll have previous experience working in a HR role within a healthcare or other regulated industry and having obtained CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous but not essential.
Ideally youll have some payroll experience along with experience ofadministering pre-employment checks. Youll also have experience of using a HR Information System to maintain up to date and accurate employee information and will be a competent user of allOffice 365 programmes.
Youll have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written formatand youll be comfortable dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
