HR ADMINISTRATOR

Northampton Up to 30000 MondayFriday 8:30am5:30pm Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established and globally recognised business in Northampton.

Working as part of a supportive HR team this role will play an important part in keeping the employee lifecycle HR systems and day-to-day people processes running smoothly.

What will you be doing

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to leavers
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
• Preparing contracts offer letters and HR documentation
• Coordinating right-to-work checks and new starter paperwork
• Supporting the monthly payroll process
• Managing HR inbox queries and supporting employees and managers
• Maintaining absence holiday and training records
• Producing HR reports and supporting HR projects and audits
• Helping identify opportunities to improve HR processes

What are they looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

-Previous experience in HR Administration HR Assistant or a similar role
-Excellent organisation and attention to detail
-Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and Outlook
-Strong communication and people skills
-The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
-Experience using HR systems would be advantageous
-CIPD Level 3 or working towards it would be a bonus
