HR Administration Assistant

Job Summary
- Recruitment administration coordinating interviews liaising with candidates and supporting safer recruitment checks.
- Onboarding and pre-employment checks ensuring all documentation is complete before start dates.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and personnel files
- Absence administration including recording absence monitoring triggers and supporting the absence management process.
- Payroll administration compile and submit payroll-related information accurately and within published monthly deadlines.
- Offboarding administration ensuring leaver processes are completed accurately and promptly.
- General administrative and reception support as part of the wider school office team.
- Previous experience of working in a school or other education environment is desirable
- Ability to cope with conflicting demands deadlines and priorities
- You will be able to work to tight deadlines in a methodical manner observing confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent administration skills with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- English and Maths to GCSE level 5 /A*-C
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft 365
