Subject to formal establishment Joint boarding process and single Service (sS) policies a vacancy will arise for an OF3 to serve as SO2 Operations at Bristol (Abbeywood) on FTRS Limited Commitment (LC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 1 March 2027 (or earlier/later subject to formal establishment and candidate status).

Unit Function:

Deliver Armed Forces Recruitment to maximise optimal inflow of workforce to support delivery of Defence strategic and operational capabilities.

PositionResponsibilities:

• Co-ordinate & Staff Recruitment Ops pan-functional activity to ensure delivery coherence on behalf of Dep Hd Rec Ops as directed.
• Provide recruitment process expertise to help the Reporting Lead and Supplier interpret data.
• Translate operational issues into reporting requirements performance measures and early warning indicators
• Input to the Command Recruiting Support Plan for sS Reserves and ensure tS needs are met through engagement with sS Reserves workforce planning
• Input to the Command Recruiting Support Plan for sS Reserves and ensure tS needs are met through engagement with sS Reserves workforce planning
• Co-ordinate inputs and facilitate weekly OF5-led Auth/Team Serco Sync facilitating weekly DepHd Rec Ops team back-brief.
• Lead and advise as the Reserve SME for the wider AFRS acting as a touchpoint for concerns and issues.
• Act as the Secretary for both ROM & Reserve Working Group engaging with sS as the conduit between AFRS and sS pipelines.
