Job Summary
Domestic Considerations: Must be able to get into London quickly in an emergency. 19 RSDs required to qualify for bounty but more available if operationally required (44 RSDs).
Responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all current HQ LONDIST UK Ops procedures.
2. During operations to work on a shift basis in the Ops Room of HQ LONDIST or civilian control rooms if more appropriate.
3. To provide support to HQ LONDIST on exercise (specifically in the provision of HICON/Higher Formation HQ on MRX/OTX and CAST).
4. To assist with the development of Watchkeeper and Ops Room training within HQ LONDIST.
5. To provide assistance to and where necessary deputise for the DJRLOs.
6. To perform other tasks as directed by the JRLOs.
7. To attend RST(L) training and complete DCR Level 2 trg annually.
8. To assist in building up knowledge within the Ops Rooms of all areas in London.
