HQ LONDIST UK Ops LO

Domestic Considerations: Applicant should be able to reach the area quickly in times of emergency. 19 RSDs required to qualify for CoE but more are available as operationally required (44 RSDs). Occasional opportunities for attendance during the week - optional.

Responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all current HQ LONDIST UK Ops procedures.
2. Liaison - To develop links with London Boroughs Em Svcs and other civilian organisations depending on location..
3. To participate when required in Borough meetings and civil emergency planning exercises.
4. Operations -BPT Deploy on UK Ops working in the LMOC or the Ops Rooms of civil agencies within the London Resilience partnership..
5. Exercises -To perform liaison duties during exercises (CPX TTX MRX CAST) if available..
6. To complete DCR Level 1 2 and 2 trg annually.
7. To attend monthly training evenings and at least six training weekends each year.
8. To perform other tasks as directed by the JRLOs.
