Job Summary

Domestic Considerations. SFA and Mess accommodation available on site as well as nursery and primary school provision. No requirement for visits away over 2 nights or abroad. Occasional visits required to RAF COSFORD AES DCTT and conferences within the UK. Remote and hybrid working supported.

1. Day to day management of the DSCIS Delivery Portfolio including the collation and prioritisation of submissions and tracking of projects.
2. Support the management of the DCTT Definition Cycle process and delivery.
3. Identify and manage portfolio risks ensuring accurate recording on PARMIS.
4. Provide appropriate input to relevant routine HQ DSCIS battle rhythm meetings and attend DCTT meetings and other Gp Leader level meetings as required.
5. Support the Resource Team in the delivery of ABC forecasts for both in year and future project finance planning.
as deputy to SO1 PMR and co-ordinate on all DSCIS portfolio activity.
7. Ensure the adoption of Net Zero and sustainability initiatives via the requirement and project delivery cycle process.
8. Line Manage the Digitisation Foreman.
