Full-Time Hotel Receptionist 

Were looking for a FUN PASSIONATE and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars! 

Salary: 30014 per annum
Shifts: You will be required to work morning and evening shifts including weekends and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays. 

What youll do:

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
• Offer recommendations on local activities dining and entertainment
• Identify priority guests VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
• Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
• Handle guest messages and room moves as needed

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

• A welcoming professional attitude with strong communication skills
• A knowledge of Londons activities restaurants and local attractions
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience
