• Handle room dining and special event reservations with flair and precision

• Be the conductor of communication ensuring all departments are in harmony

• Curate and coordinate bespoke experiences in our restaurant.

• Assist with bookings for our Private Members Lounge where the citys most discerning clientele come to dine relax and be seen

• Offer exceptional service before during and even after our guests stay ensuring every detail is dressed to the nines.

• Assisting Reception when needed in the busier periods to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

About You:

Youre a born host smooth-talking quick-thinking and impeccably organised. You thrive in a fast-paced high-end environment and bring the sparkle of sophistication to every interaction.

• Experience in hospitality preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• A love for luxury theatre and the golden age of hospitality
