Hospitality Team Leader

LED Community Leisure is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Coastline Café and Cove Pod at Exeter Airport.

Located within Exeter Airport Coastline Café and Cove Pod serve a diverse range of customers throughout the day offering fresh food quality coffee and friendly service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The Role

As Team Leader youll support the day-to-day running of the café and pod helping to create a positive working environment while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the team during daily operations
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensuring high standards of food safety cleanliness and compliance
• Assisting with stock control ordering and operational procedures
• Coaching motivating and developing team members
• Supporting the achievement of sales targets and commercial performance
• Maintaining excellent health and safety practices
• Acting as a role model for LEDs values and customer-focused culture

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a confident and positive leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in hospitality catering or customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• Confidence using Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
