The Role:The postholder will participate as part of a team providing support to Veterans and spouses/partners in their own homes and local communities within the Renfrewshire Inverclyde East Dunbartonshire West Dunbartonshire & Glasgow areas enabling them to live as full active and independent a life as possible aligned to the individual assessed Support includes: having someone to talk to help around the home help with errands and shopping escorted trips for activities and help getting to and from appointments. A minimum of 1 years experience in a care or support setting is desirable. Full driving licence and access to a car for work is required.
