Salary: Starting pay rate 13.00 per hour (Monday to Friday)13.50 per hour Saturday and Sunday
Travel time is paid at 12.71 per hour

In this rewarding role you will provide highquality care and support to individuals with a range of disabilities mental health conditions or those who may be vulnerable due to age or personal circumstances. Working alongside a supportive team and healthcare professionals you will help ensure each person receives the care dignity and respect they deserve.
- Providing personal care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting clients wellbeing including helping them socialise and access their community
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication
- Carrying out domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or behaviour to a supervisor
- Communicating effectively with clients families and other professionals
- Promoting independence while respecting individuals rights and choices
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate care records
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible adaptable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
- Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
- A genuine dedication to providing highquality care
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
