Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for regular guaranteed hours and the opportunity to make a real difference to someones life
We are recruiting compassionate reliable and professional Care Assistants to support a lovely elderly lady in her own home in Shirley Solihull. This is a rewarding one-to-one care role where you will become part of a small consistent care team helping our client maintain her independence dignity and quality of life.
This position offers the stability of regular scheduled hours paid mileage and the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Morning Visits
- Monday to Sunday: 9:00am - 10:00am
Afternoon Visits
- Monday: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
- Friday: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
- Saturday: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Evening Visit
- Sunday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Additional hours may become available for the right candidate.
Main Duties- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with daily living activities and mobility
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Carrying out light household duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Previous care experience is essential
- Healthcare qualification preferred
- Compassionate patient and reliable nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
