Were launching a Holiday HQ camp for 412-year-olds - and were looking for Adventure Camp Managers to lead it.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You wont just deliver activities - youll run the camp lead the team set the standards and create an atmosphere children cant wait to come back to.

As Camp Manager you will:

• Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
• Keep the camp running smoothly (structure pace routines)
• Be the main point of contact for parents on site
• Take the lead on incidents and escalation
• Play a key role in delivering safe well-managed excursions

This is perfect for someone with strong leadership presence - the type who can keep energy high competition fierce and standards non-negotiable.
