  At M Group Highways were supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

  Youll be joining our Highways maintenance team as the UKs number one highway maintenance contractor our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

  What youll be doing

  • • Youll assist in the development of highway designs for maintenance and improvement schemes
    • Do you have experience using AutoCAD Youll use it to produce design drawings
    • Youll assist in the production of specifications Bill of Quantities H&S and Environmental documents as part of a design package
    • Do you enjoy working in a team Youll do site visits surveys and investigations with other team members
    • Youll ensure work is undertaken in compliance with QSE standards and processes
    • Youll work collaboratively with colleagues to understand and develop project objectives
    • Youll assist in the production of technical reports
    • Youll assist with general office activities

  What youll bring

  • • Youll have awareness of Health & Safety & Environment in design and construction
    • Are you computer literate Youll use Microsoft packages;
    • Youll need awareness of AutoCAD
    • Youll need a clean UK/EEC driving license
    • Youll have transferable work experience skills acquired from other industries
