Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across Stages 1 2 and 3. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teachers and specialist staff to help deliver a high-quality broad curriculum and provide targeted support for individual pupils and groups.
The roles will provide a cover supervisory role to Seniors and Prep students as well as supporting the School clubs offer.

Roles Available:
One permanent position (to commence Sept 26)
One fixed term position for maternity cover (possible commencement Nov/Dec 2026)
Key Responsibilities
Support the teaching and learning of pupils in Year 1 through to Year 11
Plan and deliver learning activities under the direction of teaching staff or independently as appropriate
Provide targeted interventions for groups or individuals including those with SEND
Support pupils emotional social and personal development encouraging independence and resilience
Contribute to assessment and the recording of pupils progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support the implementation of the KS1 2 & 3 National Curriculum
Assist with classroom management displays and preparation of teaching materials
Supervise pupils during break and lunchtimes as required
Participate in school events trips and extracurricular activities where appropriate
Maintain high standards of safeguarding behaviour and health & safety at all times
