Ashdene Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticHigher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)to join our team. The role involvessupporting learning in classrooms during the morningsand providingwhole class cover in the afternoons.

• Has HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and a passion for supporting childrens learning.
• Can work effectively as part of a team showing flexibility and initiative.
• Is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for all pupils.
