Working hours: 40 per week Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3pm

Join our Rushmoor team as a HGV Refuse and Recycling Driver and play a vital role in keeping your community clean safe and sustainable.

Working alongside a professional and friendly team youll deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses. Your efforts will help maintain high standards across the community while providing excellentcustomer serviceevery step of the way.

Youll be entrusted to:

Complete a pre-planned route as the driver with your team of loaders collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
Be the public face of Serco in the community.
Ensure that yourvehicle safety checksare completed and that your truck is clean and work ready before setting off on your round

In our team we all pitch in! As well as driving the lorry youll work alongside our loaders too staying active and helping to get things done quickly and efficiently.

Youll be a great fit for this role if you...

Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and aDriver Certificate of Professional Competence(CPC)
Are physically fit and healthy (this is a must due to the nature of the work!)
Are a dedicated friendly and professional team player
Are willing to go the extra mile on your rounds to help your team hit its targets
