The role involves container collections and deliveriesusing Class 1 tractor units and skeletal trailers with work covering ports rail terminals distribution centres and customer sites.

Container collections and deliveries

Driving HGV Class 1 / CE vehicles with skeletal trailers

Port and rail terminal collections

Deliveries and collections from customer sites and distribution centres

Local regional and nationwide runs

Regular Monday to Friday work

Predominantly day shifts with early starts

Ongoing work for reliable drivers

Were looking for someone who turns up gets the job done professionally and wants to become a regular part of the operation.

Youll need:

• HGV Class 1 / Category CE Licence

• Driver CPC

• Digital Tachograph Card

• Good knowledge of drivers hours and Working Time regulations

• Professional and reliable attitude

• Maximum 6 penalty points

• Previous container experience is highly desirable

Experience with skeletal trailers ports and rail freight terminalswould be a definite advantage.
