As Site Manager youll ensure the school premises remain safe secure and well maintained throughout the year.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the school site

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing contractors and external suppliers

• Carrying out health and safety checks

• Maintaining the school grounds and buildings

• Supporting premises improvement projects

The school is looking for someone with previous experience in site management caretaking facilities or estates management who enjoys taking ownership and working as part of a close-knit team.
