Working alongside the Site Manager youll help ensure the school remains safe clean secure and well maintained for pupils staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs

• Supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the school buildings and grounds

• Assisting with health and safety checks

• Setting up rooms for meetings and school events

• Supporting contractors and reporting maintenance issues

• Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment across the school

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving takes pride in their work and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Contract: Full-time permanent

Start Date: September 2026

Previous experience working within a school premises caretaker facilities or maintenance role is highly desirable.

The school is looking for someone who is reliable proactive and able to work well as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
