The Role

Were looking for an experiencedCare Assistant (Care Companion)to join our friendly and close-knit team atMagdalen House.

We use the termCare Companionbecause companionship connection and trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Youll be delivering high-quality residential care in a supportive family-focused environment helping residents live happy fulfilling lives.

Shift Pattern

• Day shifts
• Typically3 shifts per week (8am8pm)
• Alternate weekend working
• 36 hours per week

About You

Were looking for someone who:

• Has experience in residential care (preferred)
• Is committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care
• Is kind compassionate and respectful
• Has strong communication skills
• Is comfortable using basic IT systems
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
