Health Safety Wellbeing & Sustainability (SHW) Manager

Broughton (CH4 0DR)

About the Role


As part of your key responsibilities youll:

  • Establish and maintain a robust system for reporting and monitoring SHW across the business

  • Be the lead in all related policies strategies and training to increase awareness awareness and compliance

  • Ensure that all related systems meet or exceed both Unipart and industry standards

  • Manage a team to ensure compliance competence and currency across SHW matters

  • Maintain all critical SHW documentation as required


About You

Wed love you to have the following skills and experience but please apply if you think youd be able to perform well in this role!

  • Experience in managing a team in a high volume warehousing or logistics environment

  • Full clean driving licence would be advantageous

  • Good IT literacy across Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites

  • NEBOSH Certified

  • Experience in implementing an effective HS&W management system

  • Experience in conducting site audits and inspections
