Job Summary
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety youll act as a trusted adviser and strategic partner to senior leaders and managers within your designated business area. Youll provide expert guidance support robust governance and assurance arrangements and help ensure health and safety risks are effectively managed and controlled.
Youll work closely with leaders to build capability strengthen accountability and create a positive culture where health and safety is embedded into everyday decision-making. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to wider organisational initiatives including digital transformation performance improvement and the continued development of our health and safety approach across the Group.
Skills and Experience Needed
Were looking for someone with significant health and safety experience who can confidently influence coach and challenge at all levels of the organisation. Youll be comfortable working with complex risks interpreting legislation and guidance and translating these into practical actions that support operational delivery.
Youll have strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation experience of assurance and governance frameworks and the ability to use insight and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
A NEBOSH Diploma NVQ Level 5 NCRQ Diploma (or equivalent) is essential alongside Grad IOSH membership as a minimum. Youll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to support travel across our operating areas.

This is a full-time permanent role (37 hours) with a salary of 55162
