Health Care Assistant. Parklands Care Home

• Pay rate: Days: £13.58 per hour / Nights: £14.15 per hour
• Hours: 44 hours per week (4 shifts) 33 hours (3 shifts per week) or 22 hours (2 shifts per week) available including alternate weekend working
• Shifts: Both day and night contracts available working either 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am

We're looking for caring reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with personal care including washing dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility meals hydration and daily routines.
• Promote independence dignity and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Support activities and meaningful engagement.
• Follow safeguarding infection control and health & safety procedures.

About You

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Reliable committed and a strong team player.
• Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
• Willing to learn and develop through training and support.
• For night positions a genuine night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
