Job Summary
Health Care Assistant (Nights). Priesty Fields Care Home
- Rate of pay: £14.84 per hour
- Contracted hours: 33 hours (3 shifts per week)
- Shift Times: 8pm - 8am

We're looking for caring compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting others and delivering high-quality person-centred care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents throughout the night.
- Promote independence dignity and wellbeing.
- Support residents with personal care mobility and comfort needs.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns appropriately.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional care.
About You
- A night owl who is genuinely suited to working permanent night shifts.
- Able to stay alert focused and responsive throughout the night.
- Confident working independently and using your initiative when needed.
- Reliable and committed to providing consistent overnight support.
- Caring compassionate and passionate about delivering excellent resident care.
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided.
