Job Summary
Health Care Assistant (Days). Telford Hall Care Home
- Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour
- Contract: 2 days per week (22 hours) 3 days per week (33 hours) or 4 days per week (44 hours) available
- Shifts: 7am-7pm
- Please note- this role is not suitable for applicants with a 20 hour student visa working restriction or those requiring Visa sponsorship/sponsor switch

What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care mobility and daily living needs.
- Assist with meals hydration and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Encourage independence and participation in activities.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- Keen to learn develop and build a rewarding career in care.
