• Pay Rate: £13.28 per hour
• Contract: 33 hours 3 shifts per week OR 22 hours (2 shifts per week) available
• Shifts: 8am-8pm
• Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship and is not suitable for 20 hours working restrictions

The Oaks is a luxury 73-bed nursing and residential home in Newtown Powys. We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team and play an important role in maintaining the standards that make The Oaks such a special place to live and work.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
• Promote independence dignity and wellbeing.
• Support residents with personal care mobility and mealtimes.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional care.
• Help maintain the Excellent standards The Oaks is known for.

About You

• Caring compassionate and resident-focused.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Reliable professional and positive in your approach.
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided.
