Health Care Assistant (Days). Dalton Court Care Home

• Hourly rate: £13.78 per hour
• Shift pattern: 8am–8pm
• Contracted hours: 33 hours (3 shifts) per week or 44 hours (4 shifts per week) available

We're looking for caring compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with personal care mobility and daily living needs.
• Assist with meals hydration and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

About You

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Reliable committed and a strong team player.
• Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
• Flexible to work shifts including some weekends.
• Keen to learn develop and build a rewarding career in care.
