Health Care Assistant (Breakfast Shift). Fleetwood Hall Care Home

• Hourly rate: £12.76 per hour
• Shift pattern: 8am-11am
• Contracted hours: 18 hours per week Monday to Saturday

We're looking for caring compassionate individuals who enjoy making a positive difference and delivering high-quality person-centred care.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with getting up washing dressing and preparing for the day.
• Assist with breakfast hydration and morning routines.
• Provide companionship and reassurance.
• Support residents with mobility and wellbeing.
• Help maintain a safe comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Record and report any concerns relating to residents' wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

About You

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Friendly patient and respectful in your approach.
• Comfortable working early morning shifts.
• Keen to learn develop and build a rewarding career in care.
