Basic Function: | To provide leadership for the intercollegiate womens wrestling program; to administer and promote the program within the University mission. Reports to Athletic Director or designee. |

Examples of Duties: | Duties/essential functions may include but not be limited to the following: Provide leadership for the womens wrestling team; establish coaching strategies and teaching methods to develop student athletes skills and teamwork; analyze team performance and adjust strategies as needed. |

Minimum Qualifications: | Bachelors degree in a relevant field; four years progressively responsible experience in coaching womens wrestling. License/Certification: Knowledge Of: National Collegiate Athletics Association rules and regulations Skill In: Public relations Ability To: Manage a budget and raise funds |
Preferred Qualifications if applicable: | Experience as a Head Womens Wrestling Coach at the Collegiate Level. |

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: | Typically requires balance strength flexibility and endurance sufficient to demonstrate teach and develop skills of student athletes. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building and off campus frequently. |
